STEP ONE: YOUR FREE INITIAL CONSULTATION

At your FREE initial consultation, you meet one-on-one with your clinician to discuss your case in a no-pressure environment. This gives you the opportunity to see if we’re a good fit for you, and we get the opportunity to make sure we are confident we can help.

STEP TWO: YOUR INTAKE

Once you decide to move forward, we schedule your Intake Appointment. At this visit, you and your clinician will expand upon what was discussed at the free consultation, with your clinician going deeper into your medical history and symptoms to create a customized treatment plan for you. At this visit – if you are opting for acupuncture – you’ll receive your treatment.

STEP THREE: YOUR TREATMENT PLAN AND FOLLOW-UP VISITS

This is where we move forward with a clear plan for you based on your chosen therapies. The treatment plan usually includes follow-up acupuncture sessions, nutritional and herbal medicine, and mind-body exercises and includes a clear estimate of number of sessions and time to completion.

STEP FOUR: TRANSITIONAL PHASE

Once your symptoms are cleared and you’re back on track, you’re ready for the transitional phase. We start to reduce the frequency of visits and prepare you to exit treatment. We’re going to need to make room for all those friends and loved ones you’re telling about us! Many of our patients opt for periodic “maintenance” treatments and visits, but it’s not required.
